Although the circa-1980 unit had been renovated previously, its inefficient layout did not support how the clients wanted to live, and the interior lacked a cohesive design identity.
Limited natural light, insufficient lighting, leaking pipes, condo access requirements, and complex construction logistics added to the challenge. Decorative glass panels and integrated perimeter heat covers also required careful design and execution.
Clear communication, careful trade coordination, and transparent budget management kept the clients informed and confident throughout the renovation.
